As Team Manager at Just Landlords, Craig leads his team in offering quality service when helping UK landlords find suitable cover. With his leadership, we’re proud to have obtained an ‘Excellent’* rating on Trustpilot, with a vast number of 5-star reviews from our customers.

Craig has over 7 years of experience in customer service and insurance, having joined Just Landlords in 2017. In 2019, we were fortunate enough to have him accept the position of Team Manager and he has continued to inspire and support the team ever since.

As well as playing an integral part in supporting our customers with finding suitable insurance, he keeps our spirits up with his positive sense of humour and can often be found MCing at our employee get-togethers!
