The show offers a chance for landlords to surround themselves with experts from the private rental sector, like us!

Highlights of the event include:

  • Morning networking event
  • 100+ leading suppliers of buy-to-let services
  • 40+ speaker sessions – part of the largest seminar programme to date
  • Expert property panel, featuring Iain Duncan Smith and David Smith
  • Complimentary advice and coverage on tax, finance, Brexit, the General Election, investment fundamentals, evictions, mortgages, tenancy deposits and more

As part of the show’s seminar programme, an expert property panel will discuss current issues that landlords face, including licensing, immigration and the results of the General Election.

The panel will take place in the auditorium theatre and seat over 400 delegates. Chaired by Peter Littlewood, from the Southern Landlords Association, speakers include Iain Duncan Smith, the former secretary of state for work and pensions, and David Smith, the award-winning Economics Editor of The Sunday Times since 1989.

Also on the panel is: Carolyn Uphill, the Chairman of the National Landlords Association; Richard Bowser, the Editor of Property Investor News; and Marie Parris, the Managing Director of George Ellis Property Services.

The panel is free to attend for visitors that register their interest online, and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The exhibition also offers landlords and property investors a host of leading suppliers of property investment, tax, legal assistance, insurance and mortgage services.

The Event Director of LI Media, which has successfully developed and organised these events throughout the UK, Tracey Hanbury, comments: “It’s going to be a very stimulating day, with many features, suppliers and seminars for property professionals.”

The four seminar rooms will host over 40 speakers throughout the day, who have unparalleled experience in the UK and overseas buy-to-let markets. They offer visitors a chance to expand their knowledge, keep up to date with developments in the sector and will feature topics covering the entire spectrum of buy-to-let. This interactive environment is a popular format for landlords, who use it to ask questions, discuss and make new connections.

Those interested in the morning networking event can indicate their attendance as part of their registration.
